Join us in our efforts to beautify our vibrant downtown! Basket sponsors are to be listed on our BID webpage and also displayed on a tag alongside each sponsored basket throughout the summer.

The program is funded currently through the Downtown Billings Business Improvement District (BID). Program costs are supplemented through several donations and sponsorships from individuals, organizations, and businesses. Your sponsorships and donations free up funds and allow the nonprofit organization who supports this program to create additional downtown beautification projects as sustainable and impactful as the flower basket program. Our goal each year is to fundraise at least half of the annual program cost of $20,000.

Each sponsored basket is paired with a vibrant sign that reads, “Sponsored By…”, “In Honor of…”, or “In Memory of…”

Payments will be prorated. Please reach out if price does not reflect that.

Purchasing a Membership:

If you are purchasing a membership it will be based on the purchase month in FY26, this runs from July 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026. Payment options for membership are a one-time payment, monthly payment, quarterly, or yearly. Each payment will come out on the first. At the end of FY26, subscription for FY27 will start unless terminated. Membership can be canceled after 2 months with a minimum 15-day notice. Payments are non-refundable.

Purchasing a 10hr Parking Permit:

To purchase a subscription for parking permits. Please choose "Annual Pass-2025" year pass and the monthly payment option. Monthly charges occur on the 27th to accommodate delivery timing, until cancellation. Options to skip or end membership are available. Should you require a half month or have missed the subscription deadline, kindly include the 'Annual Pass-2025' and the relevant month needed in your cart.

Purchasing a Friend of Downtown Membership:

This subscription allows the opportunity for automatic renewal every year. You are able to cancel at anytime. Payments are non-refundable.
